This cross-checks the tenant’s financial profile with other associated risks such as previous legal action, debt counselling and account arrears.

We send out monthly invoices, collect the rent and remind your renter to pay the rent on time. Renters also get monthly statements sent out by our friendly team. Utility invoices can also be processed through your Preferental Dashboard by either uploading an original bill, or you can create an invoice on the system.

Stop putting emotion into late payments and let us deal with it for you! We deal with letter of demand issues on your behalf, so if tenants pay late, they’ll automatically receive a letter of demand to pay their outstanding rent.
